Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is looking out for BCA/B.Tech freshers for the role of Sales/Business Development Trainees. This role will focus on building the career of beginners, where they will get trained in different technologies or business development.

Responsibilities:

• Can acquiring new business opportunities through bidding platforms.
• Promoting IT services and software services to clients worldwide.
• Crafting comprehensive proposals to the clients.
• Gathering and analyzing project business requirements, then effectively conveying this knowledge to the development team.
• Engaging in negotiations with project stakeholders.
• Nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Hold a graduate degree, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise.
• Show exceptional inclination in software development or business development.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Showcase the ability to work autonomously and proactively, even in situations of uncertainty.

Terms Of Service:

• The candidates must agree to remain in the continuous service of the company at least for the period of 2 Years and 6 months from the date of joining.
• In this duration, the first six (6) months will be the training period and will be unpaid internship.
• Post 6 months the candidate will be absorbed as a Jr. Executive and will have to be in service for 2 Years.
• The package will be revised after first 6 months and after that only yearly basis as per the performance and review.
