As a technology visionary, Satya's strengths lie in identifying and directing investments in next-generation technologies while encouraging internal entrepreneurship. He holds a Master of Computers degree in Computer Engineering and Application.

Amit Sharma serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Flexsin, overseeing global operations. His role encompasses refining business procedures, overseeing talent acquisition, steering sales and marketing initiatives, and managing teams worldwide. Collaborating closely with the executive leadership, Amit plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational consistency, efficiency, and global excellence.

With close to two decades of global expertise in the IT services realm, Amit has played a pivotal role in leading digital transformations for businesses, managing turnarounds, and ensuring operational success. A multidisciplinary leader, he is deeply involved in driving enhanced business development strategies and execution to fuel Flexsin's growth.

Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, Amit is dedicated to advancing the digital transformation journey of Flexsin's clientele.

Munesh Singh serves as Chief Technology Officer at Flexsin, having been an integral part of the organization since its inception. With a strong and varied technological background, he leads the charge in technology expansion and the management of the delivery team.

Munesh is instrumental in delivering value to various industry sectors through the application of pioneering technologies and cutting-edge solutions. These efforts assist clients in making well-informed decisions for their businesses. His collaboration with the technology team is key to formulating and executing strategies that elevate customer business performance. Due to Munesh's technological consultancy and expertise, numerous businesses have seen a marked improvement in their return on investment.

He possesses a Master's degree in Computer Applications. Munesh excels in identifying and evaluating complex situations. He is highly skilled in furnishing technology solutions, particularly in scenarios that require meticulous analysis of diverse variables.

As Director Operations - USA at Flexsin, Amit Srivastava is the driving force behind all US operations of the firm, leading and working closely with the Founders.

He has over a decade of experience and is responsible for engaging with Flexsin clients spanning across ISV, SMB's and Enterprises, managing product development lifecycle, technology consulting, and digital transformation. He is an expert in handling business solutions and technology consultation for clients, managing and mentoring large teams, and agile delivery in the hybrid model.

Before joining Flexsin, he started as a business analyst with a technology company. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Atul Sanghi is Vice President, Human Resources at Flexsin. He is responsible for all human resource functions, including employee experience at Flexsin.

He is responsible to steer the talent lifecycle dimensions for shaping a high-performance culture in the company. He has strong and diverse experience in promoting and implementing human resource values by planning and managing human resource programs across the globe.

Before joining Flexsin, he has worked in a wide range of roles in companies like HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra. He completed his Bachelor in Commerce from Osmania University and is also an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.

Chandra Sangubhotla is VP - Sales & Client Partner at Flexsin. He spearheads all sales and business development efforts across North America.

He is an experienced business executive with over 20 years of global experience in technology, consulting, and outsourcing. He has a successful track record in driving business growth through new client acquisitions and mining existing customers. He has remarkable credentias of achieving client's success in their Digital Transformation journeys.

Before joining Flexsin, he worked with Capgemini, ITC Infotech, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra in various leadership roles. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institue of Technology, Delhi, where he completed his Master's Degree.

Pranab Das is the Head - Emerging Technologies at Flexsin. He has over 20 years of experience in driving Digital Transformation and is responsible for leading the firm's CRM business globally.

He has extensive experience managing CRM for customers in various business domains. He is also an experienced IT Service Delivery professional with a remarkable history of working in the information technology and services industry.

Earlier to Flexsin, he worked with OSSCube as a CRM Practice owner. He is a ScrumAlliance certified professional and holds a Master of Computer Application degree from Gauhati University, India.

Anurag Dutt is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Flexsin. He is an accomplished leader with a demonstrated acumen of empowering clients with solid industry expertise across various domains and emerging technologies.

As Director Sales, he is responsible for the Microsoft Technology and Salesforce practice which has developed into strategic business units for the organization. He is also accountable for driving the next level of growth, strategic positioning, and P&L management.

Earlier to Flexsin, he held leadership positions with Oracle, NEC, and Wipro. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and later pursued his MBA from ICFAI, India.

Srikhar Reddy is the Director Sales for UAE and Middle East at Flexsin. He leads the sales and operations in his respective region and has an outstanding ability to think out of the box in driving sales.

He is a highly experienced technical solutions architect, a business analyst, and an enthusiast to drive digital transformation in software services. He is a leader with a deep passion for Customer Relationship Management, Partner and Vendor management, and believes in the mantra of #ThinkIT - #BelieveIT - #DoIT.

He worked with Wipro before joining the Flexsin leadership team and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science and information technology.

Ashutosh Sinha holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Flexsin, where he is responsible for guiding customer relations and spearheading business development initiatives within India.

With close to 20 years in the industry, Ashutosh has honed his skills in areas such as customer management, service delivery, and key account management. His exceptional aptitude for business development enables him to pinpoint, strategize, and seize emerging opportunities, fostering growth and innovation throughout his pursuits.

Before joining Flexsin, Ashutosh enriched his expertise with esteemed companies like Ericsson and Convergys and offered consultancy services to prominent technology firms worldwide. He is a proud alumnus of Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and has secured multiple professional certifications over the years.

Sudhir Kumar Srivastava serves as the Practice Leader for Microsoft's Flexsin team. His expansive expertise encompasses areas such as Clinical Trial Solutions (CDMS), Supply Chain, Supplier Universe, LIMS, Chromatography Data Systems, Pathology, Transportation Research, HRIS, Construction, Manufacturing, and Banking. This diverse knowledge makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

Before joining Flexsin, Sudhir occupied prominent roles in various esteemed organizations. His titles have included VP of Engineering, Development Manager, and Team Leader. Sudhir embarked on his illustrious professional journey at IIT New Delhi and has since amassed over twenty years of experience in the IT industry.

On the academic front, Sudhir is distinguished with dual Post Graduate Diplomas in Computer Applications and holds a Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
