Job Description:

Flexsin is hiring a Sales Director – Software Services. The ideal applicant should excel in achieving set sales targets for the organization. Must have ability and experience in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Demonstrate strong skills in consultative sales techniques, and understanding the client needs and challenges for software application (Web, Mobile & Cloud) development. This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-driven individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Hunter Mindset: Should possess expertise in sales hunting and connect with well-established businesses and prospects. The candidate needs to be well-networked to influence and leverage to grow the business for revenue generation.
  • Big-Ticket Sales Closure Expertise: Should have a proven record of multi-million sales ticket closing independently. The incumbent should play a significant impact in acquiring new business deals organization-wide.
  • Client Acquisition Strategy: Showcase vast experience in building and driving the client acquisition strategy. This should include strategy development, domain/industry expertise, implementation - identifying prospects, qualifying them, etc.
  • Solution Expertise: Good knowledge of Enterprise solutions from Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and other custom ERP, CRM, DMS, LMS etc. to better requirement understand, scope analysis, and proposal preparation, both independently and in collaboration with the team.
  • Technology Awareness: Should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end programming languages, application architecture, databases, and emerging technologies.
  • Possess end-to-end sales process exposure, starting from identifying fortune prospects, calling, negotiation, business closure & account management.
  • Strong networking skills and should be able to leverage on network to convert the discussion to business.
  • Ability to identify and connect with the CXO and decision makers so as to have a fruitful relationship.
  • Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A thorough understanding of contemporary sales practices, including novel approaches to lead generation and conversion.
  • Capability to strategize, set goals, and effectively execute sales plans.
  • Performance-driven with a track record of exceeding goals.

Required Qualification:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Business Development field in Software Services.
  • Candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech/BE).
  • Should have exposure in handling sales in the US geography on the large.
  • Sound and in-depth understanding of software technologies and enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and speaking for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Expertise in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple accounts, and drive results.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, analyse market data, and solve complex business challenges.
  • Experienced with CRM systems and other business development tools to manage client relationships and track progress.
  • Strong capability to interpret market data, evaluate performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, embrace new ideas, and drive innovation within the business development function.
