Flexsin is hiring highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong background in social media management and client communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, managing multiple projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies to keep social media presence at the forefront of the industry. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social media projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams like content team, social media marketing team, and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into actionable social media strategies and campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of all social media campaigns. Also provide required updates, reports, and feedback to clients on campaign performance and project progress.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic insights to enhance social media engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Carry 1 - 3 years of experience in social media marketing, project management, and client communication.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, branding projects, and client communications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, and video editing. In-depth experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Ability to adhere to and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all social media content.
