Flexsin is looking for PPC Expert to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Ideal candidate must have 1 - 3  Years of hands-on working experience on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn Ads. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various platforms. This includes strategizing campaign objectives, setting up timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • The candidate should be adept at managing budgets effectively while maximizing ROI. This involves careful allocation of resources, tracking expenses, and analyzing the performance of campaigns to optimize spending.
  • An in-depth understanding of audience segmentation and targeting is crucial. The candidate will be tasked with identifying and reaching the right audience through precise targeting strategies tailored to different demographics and psychographics.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Furthermore, continuous optimization of ad campaigns based on performance metrics is essential to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior is key to success in this role. The candidate will be expected to conduct thorough market research, monitor industry developments, and leverage insights to inform campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in campaign management.
  • Expertise in budgeting and ROI analysis, with a track record of optimizing campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting techniques and segmentation strategies.
  • Proficiency in ad creation and optimization across various platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
