Sr. Executive - Inside Sales

Flexsin Technologies is seeking a results-driven INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVES. The KRA's of the role is to identify the comanies and right contacts research about the client, outreach through calls, emails, linkedIn convert them into a prospect to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Conduct services/solutions demonstrations and explain the company’s capabilities.
- Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s services and solutions.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
- Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science.
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales in a software services field in the US geography, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
- Expertise in the B2B sales process.
- Experience in conducting virtual meetings and services demos.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
