Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is seeking a results-driven INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVES. The KRA's of the role is to identify the comanies and right contacts research about the client, outreach through calls, emails, linkedIn convert them into a prospect to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Conduct services/solutions demonstrations and explain the company’s capabilities.
  • Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s services and solutions.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
  • Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales in a software services field in the US geography, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Expertise in the B2B sales process.
  • Experience in conducting virtual meetings and services demos.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
