Software Engineer - Salesforce

Job Description:

We are hiring Salesforce Developers should have deep knowledge of the Salesforce Clouds. Who understand how to use CRM technology to transform a business, accomplishing specific goals, and achieving critical outcomes. The job description typically involves a blend of technical expertise, and Salesforce platform knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of the Salesforce clouds - Sales, Service, Experience, Data and CRM Analytics Marketing.
• Understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards. 
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies to extend Salesforce functionality and meet business needs. 
• Oversee integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and security across platforms. 
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes and enhancements. 
• Coordinate and manage Salesforce releases, including deployment planning, environment management, and version control. 
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's Salesforce implementation. 
• Support organization in Mentoring, Training, Best Practices Implementation, reusable process implementation for supporting timely application delivery. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Degree in Computer Science, or similar field. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, and integrations. 
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud and it’s major add-on packages.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. 
• Familiar with Agile methodologies. 
• End-to-end design, development, and implementation experience with at least 2 Salesforce projects. 
• Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications - Platform Developer (I and II).
• Knowledge of industry clouds e.g. Nonprofit, Education, Financial Services, Automotive, Consumer Goods Cloud.
