Project Challenges
The client wanted more online visibility for its coding classes, which were its flagship service. Relying solely on conventional marketing, the client was unable to reach its target audiences - the parents located in Malaysia and Singapore. At the start of the engagement, the client wanted a website audit to be done by our experts so that all issues were fixed. The audit helped the client discover all the necessary actions that would help enhance online visibility and build brand credibility. As mentioned, the client wanted more enrolment for their coding classes. For that, we suggested the client bring our team of social media experts on board.

As soon as the social media team became part of the engagement, it looked at all social media channels of the client, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Our SMO experts shared the issues in these social channels with the client. Based on the analyses of different social channels, our social media experts shared a strategy with the client and incorporated their suggestions.
