Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer with 1–3 years of experience to build, customize, and optimize CRM solutions, sales funnels, automation workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage GoHighLevel CRM accounts.
• Create and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and websites.
• Build automation workflows, campaigns, triggers, and pipelines.
• Configure forms, surveys, calendars, and appointment scheduling.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications using APIs, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or webhooks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GHL implementations.
• Optimize workflows to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to implement automation requirements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure system performance and data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Experience with funnels, workflows, email/SMS automation, and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of API integrations, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and webhooks.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for page customization.
• Familiarity with domains, DNS, SMTP, and email configuration.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, and payment gateway integrations.
• Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant GoHighLevel certifications or project experience will be an added advantage.
