Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with proven experience in branding, social media strategy, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both client communication and storytelling across digital platforms, with a strong grasp of trends in AI-powered video and reel design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with branding and business goals.
  • Create and manage high-impact content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Design and execute AI-driven videos and reels to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor performance analytics, measure ROI, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Handle end-to-end client communication, understanding requirements and delivering on-brand content solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Build and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.

     
Requirements:
 
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Branding.
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent client handling and presentation skills.
  • Proven expertise in creating engaging video and reel content, preferably using AI tools.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, engagement strategies, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
