Flexsin Technologies is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead/ Sr. Executive to scale its in-house IT recruitment function. The role requires strong leadership in lateral hiring, hands-on recruitment expertise, and the ability to build robust talent pipelines aligned with business growth.
The incumbent will play the role of a seasoned recruiter and be a strategic thinker with proven experience managing recruitment process, driving hiring metrics, and partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Leadership
• Lead and manage the end-to-end IT recruitment function for lateral hiring
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team
• Set hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning
Lateral Hiring & Delivery
• Drive hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles across technologies and domains
• Own critical and niche hiring mandates
• Ensure timely closures with high-quality talent
Stakeholder Management
• Partner with business leaders, delivery heads, and senior management
• Translate business requirements into effective hiring plans
• Provide market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations
Recruitment Strategy & Process Excellence
• Design and optimize recruitment processes, SLAs, and workflows
• Improve sourcing strategies across job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
• Implement best practices to reduce TAT, improve offer-to-join ratio, and enhance candidate experience
Metrics & Reporting
• Track and analyse recruitment KPIs (TAT, cost per hire, funnel efficiency, attrition impact)
• Prepare hiring dashboards and reports for leadership review
• Continuously improve recruitment effectiveness through data-driven insights
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives for IT talent
• Build long-term talent pipelines for key skill areas
• Drive employee referral programs and engagement initiatives
