Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on AI professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive AI-led transformation across the organization and client engagements.

This role requires deep experience in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, MLOps, and enterprise AI adoption, along with the ability to mentor teams, engage with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions with a strong hands-on contribution to development activities.
• Define and drive AI strategy by identifying opportunities where AI can create measurable business value and operational impact.
• Understand the scope of existing projects, identify client pain points, and conceptualize and develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate AI-driven solutions.
• Drive organization-wide AI adoption by promoting AI awareness, identifying automation and optimization opportunities, building AI capabilities, and enabling teams to effectively leverage AI technologies in their day-to-day operations.
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents.
• Architect scalable AI platforms and establish robust MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to AI/ML teams, ensuring adherence to engineering and AI best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, delivery teams, product owners, and technology stakeholders to successfully execute AI initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and drive continuous innovation and organizational learning.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, explainable, and compliant with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical proposals, capability building, and pre-sales discussions where required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI platforms, AI Agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, model optimization, and AI deployment strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solution deployment.
• Good understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring AI professionals.
• Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
• Experience working in consulting, product engineering, or innovation-driven environments.
