The Endeavor
At an initial stage, running the existing campaign produced clicks and engagement that did not convert. Owing to that reason, our team focused its attention on the check-out pages because that was where most of the leads were falling through the crack. That meant the team had to optimize the check-out page so that there were no friction points that would lead to losing leads. We suggested to the client that it should make the check-out page on its website user-friendlier than ever. Once the issue at the check-out page was fixed, the campaigns started delivering leads that converted. Eventually, the client was able to get a healthy number of conversions in a short span of time.
With our optimization initiatives, the ad campaign resulted in giving the client calls and inquiries from nearby areas. The result? There was a sharp rise in both in-store and online sales. During the course of the project, the client received impressive sales results for these products: "Florida Queen Bed," "Drawer Timber Robe," "Solid Pine Timber," and "Hanging Timber Robe."
