A leading Australia-based business, the client brings a wide selection of home decor items and furniture. Being in the industry for over 30 years, the client offers furnishing pieces that carry a traditional, modern, and contemporary design. The array of products that the client brings to the table includes bedding, mattresses, chests and robes, dining furniture, and living room furnishings. The best part is that the client prices its range of furnishings competitively. At this online shop, the buyers will find a furnishing piece that will fit their budget and lifestyle.

Project Challenges

Being in the home furnishing segment for more than three decades, the client relied on conventional marketing solutions and traditional sales enablement tools only to get leads. However, the client was looking to tap into the extensive customer base online. To that end, the client wanted to try paid online marketing. And it had already set up a Google Ad campaign. However, the campaign failed to bring in the leads and sales the client hoped it would bring. At an initial stage, running the existing campaign produced clicks and engagement that did not convert.
