This SharePoint Portal was created for managing Real Estate work process for the client. With the help of this portal, the client could manage various tasks of the organization such work order, auto manage recurring time (Daily, Monthly, Yearly), workflows (send email to employee also on work completed send mail to management), notifications, syncing process (All the SharePoint list data inserted in SQL server 2012 tables) and also provide workflow to send reminder email notification according to recurring time period (Daily, Monthly, Yearly)

Business Needs
The client wanted the application to Identify, analyse and document business and functional requirements for their real estate workflow management to improve efficiency and productivity of their workforce. The application needed to have a user friendly interface and single access point for workflow management within their organization. The client wanted below functionalities in the application:
  • Assigning tasks
  • Send email notification
  • Update field information
  • Automated actions
  • Automated task tracking
  • Team member management
A dedicated team was set up to provide timely reporting by an account manager, project manager, senior designer, HTML developer, senior developer, and a testing analyst. This project was developed using SharePoint 2013, Dot Net 4.5, and SQL server 2012. Front-end The application needed to streamline the workflow for the client so that maximum output and efficiency can be ensured. We provided the application a smooth interface with ease of navigation so that the needed information could be accessed with ease and in a systematic way. Development Process The project was created using Dot Net that we integrated in SharePoint 2013. We connected the SharePoint list with Dot Net, and also created event receiver for inserted data in SQL server table for backup and send email by using window service. Our development process involved:
