A travel solutions provider in the US wanted to overhaul the user experience of its travel portal. The client wanted to address this issue by building a travel web application from scratch. As a top-rated travel agency, the client enables travellers and agents to plan holidays, set business itineraries, and make reservations as per their unique requirements. We were the client's web development partner, using the Microsoft technology stack to build its travel portal with multilingual support. Business Needs
The client relied on legacy applications that had many limitations such as unrefined user interface (UI) and disjointed user experience (UX). The existing application only had support in Spanish; the lack of multilingual support, in turn, hindered the client's capacity to expand its reach to global markets. To overhaul its application workflows, the client collaborated with Flexsin's digital application development team for:
