Sr. Software Engineer - MERN

Job Description:

We are hiring Full Stack Developer/MERN who is has handson experience in working on Website Development. The candidate should habe a background in AI-related platforms or data-heavy products. This initiative goes beyond routine maintenance, and the goal is to upgrade the existing platform into a production-grade, highly reliable, and easily understandable public interface for the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining the website using Next.js / React.
• Working across frontend and backend to deliver end-to-end features.
• Upgrading and refactoring an existing production codebase.
• Implementing high-quality UI from finalized Figma designs.
• Ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of software development experience and hands on experience in Full Stack. 
• Experience with Blockchain, Web3, or decentralized systems.
• Background in AI-related platforms or data-heavy products.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and observability tools. 
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. 
• Experience shipping and maintaining production systems. 
• Solid understanding of modern engineering best practices.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach. 
• Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
