Job Description:

We are hiring a Office Assistant / Personal Assistant with car driving experience. The role involves taking care of day-to-day office admin tasks, car driving and providing personal assistance to senior management, and ensuring efficient office management.

  • Office Supplies Management & Procurement
  • Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation
  • Building Maintenance & Repairs
  • Generator (Genset) & Power Backup Management
  • Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervision
  • Electricity & Utility Monitoring
  • Security and Office Parking Supervision
  • Personal Assistance to Management and Car Driving

Skill Requirements:

  • Graduation from a recognized university. 
  • Proven 8-10 years of experience as an Administrative Executive, PA, or EA.
  • Minimum 3 years of car driving experience with a valid driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of government liaising with departments of law and order, Fire, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in handling transport management and office safety protocols.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills.
