Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager at Flexsin. A results-driven content strategist recognized for elevating brand visibility and driving growth through compelling cross-platform content. The incumbment should be tech savy and have a proven track record as a strategic influencer, partner, and alliance marketing, generating high-quality traffic/leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Align content strategies to consistently engage audiences and maintain brand presence.
  • Generate top-notch content tailored for different solutions and services to captivate the target audience.
  • Apply continuous SEO techniques to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Establish methods for perpetual enhancement of content quality.
  • Implement strategies for broadening content distribution to boost reach and interaction.
  • Work in tandem with the engineering and sales departments to incorporate content into broader company efforts.
  • Design and execute marketing content (web and print), including company website, e-mailers, technical papers, data sheets/ white papers/case studies, video  storyboarding, ready reckoners (for sales), presentations, Flyers, Blogs, Articles, Events coverage, Newsletters, e-mailers, session greetings etc.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across all promotional content.
  • Develop leadership materials, oversee content reviews, and manage the brand's online presence.
  • Compose social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to enhance outreach and conduct focused campaigns.
  • Write engaging content for landing pages and email campaigns to support account-based marketing and comprehensive marketing efforts.
  • Formulate external communications for various platforms like webinars and events to establish thought leadership.
  • Organize editorial schedules tailored to distinct buyer personas to streamline content delivery.
  • Build detailed editorial calendars for different stages of the customer journey, aiming at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.
  • Compile insightful reports on industry trends and knowledge.
 
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Proven experience of atleast 6 Years as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Should have a Technology bent of mind.
  • Should be expert on Research Skills
