Job Description:

We are hiring for passionate, Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts. You will play a pivotal role in the client interaction and onboarding potential clients. prime responsibility will be scheduling meetings between Sales Team and potential clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with international clients to coordinate meeting schedules.
  • Send timely reminders and confirmations to both clients and the Sales Manager to ensure attendance and preparedness.
  • Efficiently manage calendars and schedule meetings with potential clients for the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to understand their availability and priorities for appointment scheduling.

Requirements:
 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with international clients.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple calendars and schedules efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and timely follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of scheduling software and CRM tools for efficient appointment management.
