Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, migration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows
  • Perform data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware
  • Develop and maintain custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Provide technical documentation and support during deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation
  • Strong experience in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, and REST/SOAP services
  • Hands-on experience in plugin development and custom workflow activities
  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or third-party tools
  • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Good understanding of CRM architecture and security model
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
