Flexsin Technologies is seeking a self motivated individual having hands-on experience managing and configuring MikroTik, and Cisco network devices.
The Core Requirement is proven hands-on experience with MikroTik network devices and an experience with Cisco network devices will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure using MikroTik, Juniper, and Cisco equipment.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing, switching, and firewall solutions to ensure optimal network performance.
• Implement and manage network automation and configuration management processes using Ansible and Terraform.
• Collaborate with systems, cloud, and security teams to ensure seamless network integration with business-critical services.
• Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration baselines.
• Perform capacity planning and network performance analysis to support business growth and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven expertise in MikroTik RouterOS
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ASA firewalls
Solid knowledge of Azure cloud networking
Experience with Ansible and Terraform
Strong understanding of:
- Routing protocols
- Network security principles
- VPN technologies
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) network environments
Azure networking certifications (AZ-700 or similar)
Experience supporting production enterprise networks
