Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations and enhancements for global clients. The role combines project execution, client relationship management, financial ownership, and account growth.

Responsibilities:

The role is to work with Business Users, Senior Management and other stake holders to understand vision of the product; scope a solution to deliver optimal business process solutions in line with corporate priorities. 
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira
  • Act as the primary client interface, driving stakeholder communication, managing escalations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Own project financials including budgeting, revenue tracking, billing milestones, and margin management
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to quality standards and governance processes
  • Drive Agile/Scrum execution, ensuring sprint health and team productivity
  • Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects) and optimize resource utilization
  • Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams to support account growth
  • Ensure client retention through strong relationship management and consistent delivery excellence
  • Lead creation of case studies, capture client feedback, and secure testimonials to support marketing and sales initiatives
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, PMP)
  • 6–10 years of experience in IT project management
  • 3+ years managing Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Middle East preferred)
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
