Manager - Digital Marketing & SEO

Job Description:

Flexsin Technologies is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital channels for global customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
• Manage website traffic, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Oversee content strategy in collaboration with creative teams
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
• Manage and retain assigned projects and clients
• Competitive and works well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and positive.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and similar tools is advantageous.

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
