To solve the operational challenges, we delivered a centralized Power App solution that streamlined nurse scheduling, client management, and clinical data workflows. Designed for both desktop and mobile, the app ensures uninterrupted access with full online and offline capabilities. Microsoft Dataverse was integrated for secure, scalable data storage, while Office 365 enabled seamless single sign-on.
