When I reflect back, it just looks like yesterday, we three passion-driven visionaries embarked on our journey in 2008 and built a thriving organization that now boasts a workforce of around 500 employees. Our initial aspiration was to create a profitable entity in the realm of information technology to serve society by fostering valuable job opportunities. It was a privilege for us to groom and nurture ourselves along the deserving, which coincided with our goal to harness human capital for the cumulative growth of people, businesses, and society. This is unchanged even today when we are celebrating our 15 years of success.

Since inception, we have channelized our passion and focus, which is evident from the fact that we started out in a leased one-room establishment and now our own state-of-the-art infrastructure scalable to 1000+ resource capacity, thereby transforming the organization into a full-cycle digital engineering and consulting company. Over a period, delivered 2500+ successful projects, have gone from having a zero-partner ecosystem to creating a strong network of 10+ partners, and transitioned from serving ISVs and small businesses to Fortune enterprises; through our fortitude and unwavering dedication, we have transformed Flexsin and customer businesses together.

In the making of Flexsin, the challenge was not only acquiring customers and human capital but also how deep our pockets were to invest and forge a sustainable and stable organization. We began with a few thousand bucks, to grow our business at a fast pace, deeply laden with debt. However, our unwavering vision, determination, and perseverance have metamorphosed the organization debt-free with global subsidiaries in the USA and the Middle East.

While we lived and breathed Flexsin, our focus was to toil and sweat for growth during the day and ideate and dream in the night to become an employee-centric, customer-first, and profitable organization. Fueling employees' illustrious growth is our work ethic. We continually encourage employees to make decisions and nurture leadership that helps in creating an inclusive work culture.

Flexsin evolved as an organization adapting new-age technology stacks to provide solutions to overcome complex business challenges to enable clients' growth in the IT services space. To sum up, the mission is to harness deserving human capital by adopting cutting-edge technology and cultivating values that would empower a customer to thrive.

The Road Ahead

Our next step is to augment Flexsin to a 2,500 + strong workforce in the next five years. At the same time, revenue generation is not our only goal. Instead, serving society with values, forging long-term partners, and earning customer satisfaction are the key drivers in our journey. We stand today because of the contributions of the team, their stellar work, the customers, and the partner ecosystem, and are determined to move ahead from strength to strength with zeal and exuberance.
